A Survey on Software Disputes

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Malaysia branch visited the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDEC) with a view of working out a course over a period of five (5) years to build up a pool of arbitrators with such expertise.  MDEC was keen and they had requested CIARB Malaysian Branch to carry out a survey of software disputes in the country before the Corporation decides to make an investment. The CIARB Malaysian Branch is now in the process of conducting such a survey with assistance from the National ICT Association of Malaysia (PIKOM).
